ABOUT AYRES & BRITTON

AYRES & BRITTON is a Survey and Title Searching Business which supplies information needed by Surveyors throughout NSW.

We have been in operation for 40 years, the company was first started by Searcher Bob Britton, and later joined by Surveyor Aubrey Ayres, who now consults with Owner and Manager Sharon Ayres.

We support our Surveyors by Searching current and historical chartings from the LPI, Regional Offices, Archival Offices and Crown Land Offices for information necessary to complete any current or historical jobs or to help decipher status of land. We are also adept in Searching Old System Records or Torrens Title.

We will supply any documentation that is not available Online, that is only available manually from the NSW LPI or Crown Lands Offices.

We also Supply information through our Online services.

Survey Searching

Our experienced Survey Searchers are able to help with the supply and/or deciphering of charting and cadastre maps both historical and current.

Manual services attending the LPI

We are able to attend the LPI for our clients to obtain historical documents not available on our online system. We also are able to lodge at the LPI any documents which are not able to be lodged electronically.

Old System/ Torrens Title Historical Searching

We have extensive experience with searching the NSW LPI’s historical titling system being both Old System and Torrens Title. We are able to deliver complex owner histories using various government databases.

Online Searches

Our online system is easy to use. Our clients are able to access all NSW Property and Title information, Sydney Water, Hunter Water, ASIC Business and Company Searches and NSW OSR.
